mmmmmm...ice cream at leatherby's with cherie, camille, and their kids. elaina ate all of her ice cream. oink oink. takes after her mommy.
we went to a waterpark while we were at camille's house. it was a great time with everyone there. we mostly just hung out and played games. it was great. :)then it was off to disneyland!!!! we took a ton of picture so here's just the highlights of the trip.
this is not int he right order and i don't know how to get it to be in the right order....so anyways... here's our trip.
this is the 2nd day we had dinner in the park with my brother kevin and his family. it was great we got to be with them. they took the kids so cory and i could go on the "big kid" rides. at the dinner there was a cowboy that would come around and sit to you while we ate. so he sang to elaina and to my neice sarah.
2nd day picture with pluto. lex wouldn't get out of the stroller. he was realyl tired by that point in the trip.
this was the 3rd day. good thing we got this picture because elaina has decided that snow white is her favorite princess. elaina was so cute with all the charaters. she would just hug them and smile at them so big. she loved every second she was with any of them.
this was the 1st daya nd fist picture we took in disneyland. i showed lex and elaina the castle when we walked in and they were like..."we made it!!! there it is!!" we drove to sacramento (12 hrs) then down to l.a. (6-7 hours) they had waited long enough.
this is the first night at the parade. elaina got to dance with all the preformers. she loved it!!
this was the first time seeing mickey mouse. that's all the lex wanted to do the whole first day. he finally got there and he ran over and gave mickey a big hug. after that he was done with the charaters. i think he was expecting more from mickey. like...talking. lol
this was the first day and meeting tinkerbell the first time (we had to go back again). Elaina was just so overwelmed that she was with tinkerbell. it was one of the best moments for me and her.
lex got to drive his car. he was so excited. :)

dumbo with elaina! they both loved it. this was way better then to 2 first rides we went on. snow white ("it's scarey mom!!!") and pinoccio ("scarey!!")
this was the end of the 2nd day. both kids fell asleep before we even got on the tram to go back to our car. my neice gabby was nice enough to carry elaina and uncle kevin got lex.
overall 3 days was alot but i love it. we had so much fun. and the kids talk about going back all the time. they loved most of the rides. i took lex on materhorn (i know that's not how to spell it :P ) and at teh end of the ride he said "i don't like disneyland anymore!!!" and all the next day he said "no....don't want to go on the mountain. it's scarey!" poor guy. other then that he loved all the other rides. it was great and i'm so glad we went. i will never forgot that trip.
after disneyland we went to kevin's house.
the kids and kevin's dog cloe?? not sure how to spell it. but they loved the dog. :)
at the beach! we dug a hole for lex to get in and he got buried. it was so fun. we stayed until sunset and then went home, had pizza, and played beatles rockband. thanks again kevin :)
